Job Requirements
- No formal education required
- Ability to work evening shifts including rotating weekends
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- Basic understanding of sanitation procedures

- Less than 1 year food service experience preferred
- Ability to follow hygiene and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Warewashing and dishwashing
- Assist in the sanitation and general cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
- Assist with putting stock away and delivering floor stock when necessary
- Assist with the delivery and retrieval of meal carts for patient floors
- Maintaining a safe and sanitary work station in compliance with department policies and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
