Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
- work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- work some shifts on weekends and holidays
- support kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness and readiness of kitchen areas
- manage proper waste disposal and sanitation practices
- assist in inventory management for cleaning supplies
