Job Requirements

- Prior experience in commercial kitchen dishwashing
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds repetitively
- Flexibility to work varying shifts based on event needs

- Prior dishwashing experience in a large-volume commercial kitchen

Job Duties
- Be an instructor in the subject of work to trainees and job placement assistants at Goodwill, teaching through personal work ethic and passion for quality
- Wash and properly store all dishes, eating utensils, pots, pans, bakeware, and other departmental equipment
- Maintain the dish pit area and dish machine in a sanitary, safe, and efficient manner
- Ensure all kitchenware is ready and available for use during food preparation and service
- Collaborate with team members to support overall kitchen and hospitality operations
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards in all duties
- Flexibly respond to the needs of the hospitality department by working varied shifts
