Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- Keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
- Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- Requires some shifts on weekends and holidays
- Support kitchen staff by maintaining clean and sanitized utensils and surfaces
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols consistently
- Assist with stocking and organizing cleaning supplies
