Job Description

Dos Bocas is an exciting new restaurant concept located in the vibrant downtown area of Atlanta, Georgia. Situated in the Legacy Ventures' Park Pavilion mixed-use development, this restaurant spans two stories and offers 8,000 square feet of dining space, including a scenic outdoor patio overlooking the Centennial Olympic Park. Job Requirements

  • Entry-level position, no prior experience required
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including climbing, lifting, balancing and walking
  • Ability to exert mobility for periods up to four hours
  • Ability to lift pots and pans weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to perform tasks safely in wet environments
  • Ability to use small tools with dexterity
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate professionally with guests, coworkers and management
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge or ability to learn commercial dishwashing equipment operation
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Willingness to assist with multiple tasks as needed

Job Duties

  • Clean all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, serving items and equipment as per the approved sanitation and food safe guidelines
  • Operate the dishwasher and check all items for cleanliness
  • Store all clean dishes in the appropriate areas
  • Maintain all dishwashing and other cleaning equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment around the dishwashing area
  • Load or unload food and supplies
  • Clean the garbage area
  • sort and remove trash
  • Assist with food preparation when required
  • Prepare trays and banquet accessories
  • Sweep and mop floors
