Job Description

Dos Bocas is an exciting new restaurant concept located in the vibrant Park Pavilion mixed-use development in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Embodying a fusion of Tex-Mex and Cajun cuisines, Dos Bocas—meaning "two mouths"—brings a unique dining experience that celebrates the culinary heritage of both Texas and Louisiana. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical activities such as climbing, lifting, balancing, and walking
  • Capacity to exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours
  • Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds
  • Finger dexterity
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Must be able to work in a wet environment safely
  • Must be available to work part-time shifts as scheduled
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to stand for long periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical strength to lift pots, pans and utensils weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Adeptness with finger dexterity to use small tools
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully

  • Knowledge or quick learning ability to use and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment

Job Duties

  • Clean all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, serving items and equipment as per the approved sanitation and food safe guidelines
  • Operate the dishwasher and check all items for cleanliness
  • Store all clean dishes in the appropriate areas
  • Maintain all dishwashing and other cleaning equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment around the dishwashing area
  • Load or unload food and supplies
  • Clean the garbage area
  • Sort and remove trash
  • Assist with food preparation when required
  • Prepare trays and banquet accessories
  • Sweep and mop floors
