Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must obtain ServSafe food handler certificate within 30 days of hire
- Ability to lift heavy kitchen items
- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to follow sanitation guidelines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and obtain ServSafe food handler certificate

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all containers, pots, pans and utensils
- Work as a team player to help and serve others (team member and guests)
- Maintain a highly organized workspace while following proper sanitation procedures
- Work with a sense of urgency to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen area
- Comply with food safety standards and procedures
- Participate in team meetings and training as required
