Job Duties
- Operate high temperature mechanical dishwashing equipment
- Sanitize and cleanse all kitchen dishes and utensils
- Dispose of kitchen trash efficiently
- Assist in preparing dishes in the kitchen
- Organize and put away dish loads maintaining FIFO inventory principles
- Provide customer service support at the deli counter when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the kitchen area
