Job Duties
- operate a mechanical high temperature dishwasher to cleanse and sanitize dishes
- dispose of all kitchen trash efficiently
- assist in prepping dishes made in the kitchen
- organize and put away loads using FIFO method
- provide world-class service at the deli counter when needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
