Job Duties
- Operate high temperature mechanical dishwashing machine to cleanse and sanitize dishes
- Dispose of kitchen trash properly
- Assist with prepping dishes in the kitchen
- Organize and put away kitchen loads maintaining FIFO (first in, first out) inventory system
- Provide world-class service to guests at the deli counter when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen areas
- Support team members with front-of-house duties as required
