Job Duties
- Operate a mechanical high-temperature washer to cleanse and sanitize dishes
- Dispose of kitchen trash responsibly
- Assist in preparation of dishes in the kitchen
- Organize and store kitchen supplies following FIFO inventory system
- Provide excellent customer service at the deli counter when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Work collaboratively as a team player in a fast-paced environment
