Job Duties
- operate mechanical high temperature washer to cleanse and sanitize dishes from all kitchen departments
- dispose of kitchen trash properly and maintain cleanliness
- help prep dishes prepared in the kitchen
- organize and put away loads ensuring proper FIFO order
- provide world-class service at the deli counter when needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- support front of house duties as required
