Job Duties

  • operate a mechanical high-temperature dishwasher to cleanse and sanitize dishes and kitchenware
  • dispose of all kitchen trash properly and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas
  • assist in the preparation of dishes made in the kitchen as needed
  • organize and put away food and supplies following FIFO (first in, first out) inventory practices
  • provide world-class service at the deli counter during peak times or as required
  • maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
