Job Duties
- Operate a mechanical high-temperature washer to cleanse and sanitize dishes from all kitchen departments
- Dispose of all kitchen trash promptly and appropriately
- Assist in prepping dishes made in the kitchen
- Put loads away in an organized manner while maintaining FIFO (first in, first out)
- Provide world-class service to guests at the deli counter when needed
