Job Duties
- Engages in ware washing and cleaning of kitchen areas to help facilitate restaurant service
- works in conjunction with the Banquet Department in loading, transporting and assisting in major banquet functions
- works with Chefs to ensure a minimum 90% rating by the Washoe County Health Department in all food outlets and bars
- maintains procedures and controls for the kitchens, including safeguards against damage, pilferage, breakage and spoilage
- ensure that all safety standards are followed and reports all unsafe and unsanitary conditions to management
