Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to follow instructions and maintain sanitation standards
- Ability to lift moderate weights typically required in a kitchen environment

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all containers, pots, pans and utensils
- Work as a team player to help and serve others including team members and guests
- Maintain a highly organized workspace while following proper sanitation procedures
- Work with a sense of urgency to efficiently manage service periods
- Support the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment cleanliness when necessary
- Follow safety and health regulations consistently
