Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all containers, pots, pans and utensils

- maintain a highly organized workspace while following proper sanitation procedures
- work with a sense of urgency to reduce kitchen line wait times
- uphold cleanliness standards obsessively to support efficient kitchen operations
- assist in keeping Portillo's a well-oiled machine
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation policies
