Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic reading and writing skills
- ability to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- reliability and punctuality
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
- contribute to the cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- uphold high standards of sanitation to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment
- assist kitchen staff by providing clean equipment and utensils promptly
- maintain kitchen cleanliness during and at the end of shifts
- adhere to safety and health regulations related to kitchen sanitation
- manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
