Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry moderate weight
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to IHOP uniform and appearance standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or restaurant environment preferred
  • ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • dependable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Clear, clean, and reset tables and clean chairs, booths, and floors after guests leave
  • perform all cleaning duties according to posted cleaning charts
  • comply with IHOP uniform and appearance standards per SOP guidelines
  • perform other assignments or tasks as assigned by the General Manager, Assistant manager, or acting supervisor
  • comply with IHOP N Go program as assigned
