- adhere to safety standards, ensuring a hazard-free environment in the dish area
- maintain rigorous sanitation practices, ensuring all items are sanitized and safe for use
- sort and stack dishes and utensils for easy accessibility
- keep the dishwashing area neat, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- work closely with the bistro team, providing them with the tools they require
- assist with other tasks as necessary to ensure the success of our company
