Job Duties
- Operate the dish machine ensuring every item is thoroughly cleaned
- Hand wash items when required ensuring they're treated with care
- Adhere to safety standards ensuring a hazard-free environment in the dish area
- Maintain rigorous sanitation practices ensuring all items are sanitized and safe for use
- Sort and stack dishes and utensils for easy accessibility
- Keep the dishwashing area neat clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Work closely with the bistro team providing them with the tools they require
- Assist with other tasks as necessary to ensure the success of our company
