Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in culinary or kitchen services preferred
- basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to operate industrial dishwashing machines
- physical ability to stand, lift, and carry kitchen equipment and supplies
- attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness

Job Duties
- Cleans and sterilizes dishes and kitchen utensils
- assists in washing and drying dishware
- operates industrial dishwasher and monitors wash temperatures
- stacks and organizes dishes for easy retrieval
- performs miscellaneous cleaning tasks such as mopping and sweeping floors
- assists with food preparation including cutting, dicing, and peeling
- stocks and stores food supplies and equipment
- reports equipment issues and low inventory
- assembles and delivers food and beverages for meetings
- stocks kiosk area with coffee and snacks
