Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume restaurant required

- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation standards
- Skill in communicating in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing
- Skill in managing multiple priorities and delegating as needed

Job Duties
- Ensures dishes are available as needed
- Set up and close down dish machine according to company procedures
- Wash plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Remove trash and boxes as necessary
- Assist with basic food prep
- Stock the dining room and Agora Café with condiments, paper goods, and food as needed
- Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads and other options for Agora Café daily
- Provide service and support for special organizational functions as requested
