- obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure

- obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
- food handler's certification
- use dishwashers in the proper washing of china cookware utensils and equipment
- understands state regulations for a clean and sanitary department
- assists in the use and storage of all kitchen chemicals
- wash dirty dishware from all dining room and utensils and cookware in kitchen
- washes dishes cookware flatware with dish washer or by hand in the correct meat or dairy area
- performs cleaning duties in kitchen dining room dish washing area and assists in keeping counter kitchen equipment delivery carts wells shelves doors and coolers clean
Job Duties
