Job Requirements
- able to pass pre-employment physical/tb test
- obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
- food handler’s certification
- use dishwashers in the proper washing of china, cookware utensils and equipment
- understands state regulations for a clean and sanitary department
- assists in the use and storage of all kitchen chemicals
- wash dirty dishware from all dining room and utensils and cookware in kitchen
- washes dishes, cookware, flatware, etc, with dish washer or by hand in the correct meat or dairy area
- performs cleaning duties in kitchen, dining room, dish washing area and assists in keeping counter, kitchen equipment, delivery carts, wells, shelves, doors, and coolers, clean
