Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
food handler's certification
able to use dishwashers and cleaning equipment properly
knowledge of state sanitation regulations
ability to perform manual labor and cleaning tasks
ability to follow safety protocols in chemical handling

Job Duties

Use dishwashers in the proper washing of china, cookware utensils and equipment
understands state regulations for a clean and sanitary department
assists in the use and storage of all kitchen chemicals
wash dirty dishware from all dining room and utensils and cookware in kitchen
wash dishes, cookware, flatware, etc. with dishwasher or by hand in the correct meat or dairy area
perform cleaning duties in kitchen, dining room, dish washing area and assist in keeping counter, kitchen equipment, delivery carts, wells, shelves, doors, and coolers clean
