- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Work in a high-energy kitchen environment supporting the culinary team
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils dishes and equipment
- Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items
- Assist with basic food prep tasks such as peeling chopping and portioning ingredients
- Follow safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
- Exhibit a positive attitude strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
