Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
- work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- perform some shifts on weekends and holidays
- maintain safety and hygiene standards in the dishwashing area
- assist kitchen team as needed
- ensure all kitchen tools are sanitized and ready for use
