Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- Must be neat in appearance and wear uniform
- May be required to work nights weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to lift carry push and pull up to 50 pounds
- Able to bend twist and stoop as part of physical requirements

- Able to follow instructions and report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions
Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dish washing machine and cleaning equipment
- Use detergent rinsing and sanitizing chemicals to clean and disinfect kitchen areas and utensils
- Pull inspect and stack cleaned items
- Re-clean any items that did not come clean
- Break down soiled bus tubs and empty trash cans and dumpster area
- Disinfect mop assigned areas and dispose of items in the proper containers
- Complete assigned safety training and certifications
