Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs throughout the shift
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high volume environment
Job Duties
- Washing all dishes and cooking equipment in a timely and organized manner during restaurant service
- Clean and maintain FOH areas as directed by BOH managers
- Clean and maintain sidewalk, street, and all exterior areas of the restaurant in accordance with LRG standards and expectations
- Maintain clean BOH work areas including refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas
- Participate in weekly deep cleaning of all BOH work areas including refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas
