Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- frequent reaching, twisting, bending, and squatting
- ability to withstand kitchen environment temperatures
- ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to understand and follow directions
- ability to work cooperatively with others
- previous experience in dishwashing or food service preferred but not required
- ability to maintain cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items using dishwashers or by hand
- place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
- clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area
- ensure sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
- keep kitchen wares storage areas clean and orderly
- clean and sanitize garbage cans
- remove trash from dish room and transport to dumpster
