Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Some work experience as a dishwasher or waitstaff preferred
- Hands on experience with industrial washing machines preferred but not required
- Flexibility with scheduling including ability to work holidays, nights, and weekends
- Ability to listen and follow instructions and sanitation rules
- Great can-do attitude and willingness to work
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work and collaborate with a team
- Dependable with attendance

Job Duties
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash specific items by hand such as cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately
- Set up workstations before meal preparation begins
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours
- Check washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical or performance issues
- Remove garbage regularly
- Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
