Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a good attitude required
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
- Knowledge of sanitary practices
- Maintains proper grooming and dress code standards
- Work ethic encourages strong urgency and quality in a team environment
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
- Attention to detail
- Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours
Job Qualifications
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen work in food service
- Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
- Positive attitude and neat appearance
- Must speak and understand English
- Attend all Training both for Food and Beverage department and within the venue
Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, pantry and refrigerators
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Clean garbage cans with water or steam
- Must take direction well
- Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area
- Position requires the ability to work at all Legends Global facilities in Wichita and Andover
- Follow rules and regulations of Food and Beverage team
- Regular attendance is an essential job function
- Other duties as assigned
