Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
- regular attendance is an essential job function
- ability to stand for long periods
- capability of lifting up to 45 pounds
- ability to perform physical activities such as bending and stooping
- must take direction well
- must speak and understand English
Job Qualifications
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen work in food service
- ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
- positive attitude and neat appearance
- must speak and understand English
- attend all training both for Food and Beverage department and within the venue
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of sanitary practices
- maintains proper grooming and dress code standards
- work ethic encourages strong urgency and quality in a team environment
- ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, pantry, and refrigerators
- sweep or scrub floors
- clean garbage cans with water or steam
- maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area
