Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards

- Restaurant experience is preferred
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours and move 20-40 lbs

Job Duties
- Scrape, rinse and wash dishes, pots, pans, and trays, ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces to maintain a sanitary environment
- Remove trash and waste, placing it in designated containers
- wash garbage cans to maintain a hygienic kitchen space
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors, ensuring they are kept clean and safe
- Maintain dishwashing area, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly, and report any issues to the supervisor
- Assist with other tasks as assigned to ensure overall cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen
