Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role helpful
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Possession of a food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
- Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary such as setup cleanup prep work table bussing and equipment maintenance
- Work flexible hours depending on business needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the dishwashing area
- Assist in restaurant setup and cleanup tasks
- Participate in equipment maintenance and reporting any issues
