Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Reliable, hard-working, and able to handle physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude, flexible availability, and a willingness to support various kitchen and utility tasks as needed
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required
- Eagerness to learn and work independently
Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines or manual methods
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dishwashing areas, including floors, sinks, and counters
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across all kitchen, storage, and service areas, including routine trash removal and restroom cleaning, and report any maintenance issues to management
- Support kitchen operations by restocking clean items, organizing inventory and storage areas, and assisting with setup, prep, or breakdown as needed
- Help with general upkeep of interior and exterior spaces, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that cleaning supplies are properly handled and stored
