Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to operate dishwashing equipment
  • Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long hours
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to work as part of a team

  • Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Use machine operated dishwasher to wash all dishware, utensils, cooking equipment, and other tools used by team members
  • Deploy three compartment sink in case of dishwasher malfunction
  • Maintain appropriate chemical levels for operating dishwashing equipment
  • Move with a sense of urgency and follow team instructions to prioritize dishes
  • Execute prep/service and restock clean dishware in the kitchen
  • Follow Health Department regulations for cleanliness and sanitation
  • Keep work station clean and organized
