Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long hours
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team

- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Use machine operated dishwasher to wash all dishware, utensils, cooking equipment, and other tools used by team members
- Deploy three compartment sink in case of dishwasher malfunction
- Maintain appropriate chemical levels for operating dishwashing equipment
- Move with a sense of urgency and follow team instructions to prioritize dishes
- Execute prep/service and restock clean dishware in the kitchen
- Follow Health Department regulations for cleanliness and sanitation
- Keep work station clean and organized
