Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, bend and kneel
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Willingness to work night shifts and some rotating weekends
- Ability to follow infection control protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred
- No experience required
- Requires knowledge of basic food safety, infection control and sanitation
- Serve Safe training may be required
- ISDOH certification of Food handler under Title 410 IAC 7-22 may be required at some locations
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of the CBORD system relative to job responsibilities preferred
- Requires ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Also, requires lifting, pushing, pulling, bending and kneeling
Job Duties
- Gathering dirty trays and running dish plates through dishwasher
- Washing pots and pans
- Putting away clean dishes and maintaining a clean dish area
