Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- No previous experience required
- Knowledge of basic food safety, infection control, and sanitation
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and kneel
- Basic computer skills recommended
- Willingness to comply with sanitation and infection control standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety, infection control, and sanitation
- Serve Safe training may be required depending on location
- ISDOH certification of Food handler under Title 410 IAC 7-22 may be required at some locations
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Familiarity with the CBORD system relative to job responsibilities preferred
Job Duties
- Prepares, plates, serves, and transports food and supplies to provide a high level of satisfaction for a diverse customer base
- Ensures quick, accurate, and courteous service
- Resolves customer concerns promptly
- Maintains sanitation, cleaning, and infection control practices to ensure food safety
- Operates a variety of food service and computer equipment
- Stands and/or walks for long periods
- Performs lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and kneeling as required
