Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous dishwashing or kitchen sanitation experience advantageous
- ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

- physical stamina to perform repetitive and manual tasks
- willingness to adhere to company vaccination recommendations
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machines ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- washes pots, pans, and trays following assigned procedures
- polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth
- ensures compliance with safety procedures
- maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards
- keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors according to sanitation standards
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assists with loading and unloading supplies
- performs other duties as assigned
