Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in restaurant or food service environment is an asset
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- possession of a valid food handler's card if required by local and state laws

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
- support other areas of the restaurant as necessary such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dishwashing areas
- communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- adapt to varying work schedules depending on business needs
