Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
- Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance
- Adjust work hours to meet varying business needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies
