Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a similar role helpful but not mandatory
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- food handler's card if required by local and state law
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
- support other areas of the restaurant as necessary such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance
- work flexible hours varying by week depending on business needs
- communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area
- assist in organizing and stocking supplies
- report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
