Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check if applicable
- Valid food handler's card where required
- Willingness to adhere to Nordstrom’s health and safety policies
- Strong communication skills
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
- Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance
- Work flexible hours depending on business needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
