Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
- Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance
- Work flexible hours that vary by week depending on business needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Follow health and safety guidelines to comply with local regulations
- Assist in training new dishwashing staff when required
