Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Valid food handler's card if required by local law
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Qualifications

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Possession of a food handler's card where required
Basic knowledge of health and safety standards
Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary such as setup cleanup prep work table bussing and equipment maintenance
Work a flexible schedule depending on business needs
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Assist in maintaining kitchen organization and inventory
Follow all health and safety regulations
