Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift and carry heavy items
- must have legal authorization to work
- basic understanding of food safety practices
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
- support other areas of the restaurant such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance
- communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- work flexible hours depending on business needs
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- assist in maintaining kitchen equipment
