Job Requirements

must be able to stand for long periods of time
must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
ability to exert fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

Cleaning all dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils used throughout the shift by employees and guests
maintain clean area by following sanitation and safety standards
set up the three compartment sink for all equipment that has to be hand washed
be knowledgeable of the chemicals used for each process
sweep and mop when needed
able to lift 25-50 lbs
exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
