Job Requirements

Must be at least 17 years old
ability to work a flexible schedule including late shifts, weekends, or holidays
food handler certificate required
ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish
ability to stand for 10-12 hours per day
ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and balancing

Job Qualifications

High school diploma preferred
ability to work a flexible schedule including late shifts, weekends, or holidays
must be at least 17 years old
effective communication skills in English and Spanish
food handler certificate required

Job Duties

Maintain a clean kitchen and properly wash and sort soiled dishes
keep dish area free of clutter and organized
set up dish stations including dish machines and sinks
maintain clean and dry floors throughout the shift
properly wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers
change water of machines and sinks every two hours or more often as required
maintain trash cans throughout shift and remove full trashcans, boxes, and rinse garbage cans at the end of each shift
maintain dry storage area and organize storage shelves
follow posted daily dish cleaning duties
assist other duties as needed
attend and complete all required training
